Comfortable Family Retreat with Room for Improvement

Our family stay was enjoyable, especially the spacious room that accommodated us well. The nearby shopping mall is a fantastic bonus for quick outings. However, the cigarette odor from neighboring rooms was distracting. It would be beneficial for the hotel to enforce stricter smoking policies for a healthier environment.

my husband loved the newly updated gym equipment. breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options despite the crowd. i appreciated the quick response from the staff for our requests like extra towels.

We had a lovely stay! The food was fantastic, especially breakfast with a wide variety, and the room, though dated, was cozy. I'd definitely return for the delicious dining experience.

Unique to this location, there’s an executive lounge that provides access to additional amenities and privacy, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

The breakfast buffet doesn't live up to the expectations of a high-end hotel. offerings felt bland and lacked variety, with very basic desserts like croissants and pastries. Some maintenance issues impacted my experience, the bathtub's drain stopper didn't effectively hold water, and there were noticeable cleanliness issues, such as food stains on the day bed. Also, the lack of decaf coffee at breakfast seemed odd for a Marriott property. The condition of the pool area, with far too many mosquitoes buzzing around, made it less enjoyable for a leisurely dip.

Staff like Monir were incredibly attentive, remembering my drink preferences after the first order. The pool was a fun spot for the kids, surrounded by greenery, though it could use a few more shaded areas in the late afternoon. I noticed some dust in our room, which didn't match the overall cleanliness and comfort I expected from a 5-star hotel. One drawback was a small issue with the TV remote in one of the connecting rooms. However, my family enjoyed the amenities, and I plan to come back for another stay.

the outside area is clean and expansive, making it an excellent hub for exploring nearby attractions like Taman Wetland, while the food is nice, and the staff is extremely attentive, always willing to help even before you need to ask.

The food was the best part! It was different every day, and I actually looked forward to mealtimes. Plus, the staff were attentive and friendly, they made us feel truly welcomed.
